So I have had bad reactions to any kind of antibiotics that I have taken the past few years, bringing on some kind of psoriasis leaving spots all over my skin and the only way to cure it is sun. So it is kind of a hassle if I'm sick and the doctor tells me to take something. I know there are some natural things like echinacea and garlic etc that have antibiotic properties. has anyone used natural remedies to help ailments that would usually be treated by a prescription drug?

Cod liver oil is a must, if sun helps with your psoriasis breakouts. For an antibiotic, get some wild Oil of Oregano and add a couple of drops to a tablespoon of the CLI with each daily dose of the latter. What do you need the antibiotics for? What are you trying to cure?

The OO above is an incidental regimen. As a regular profilactic, eat raw garlic and extra virgin, cold pressed coconut oil (a tablespoon daily). These keep parasites in check. The coconut oil, especially, filters right through to the skin and hair.
